Scope of Application These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and digital products offered by the provider, including but not limited to: - Paid online sessions - Strategy diagnostics and consulting - Video and on-demand content - Recordings and supplementary materials They apply to both consumers (B2C) and business clients (B2B) worldwide. 3. Booking & Payment Services are to be booked via the provider’s online system. Accepted payment methods: - PayPal - Credit card (via Stripe or similar provider) - Bank transfer (upon request) All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT. 4. Session Policy All services are delivered online (via Teams). The client is responsible for having a stable internet connection and the necessary technical equipment. Recordings are made by default for internal and optional add-on use. Purchasing the recording or summary is a separate offer. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Clients may reschedule booked sessions up to 48 hours in advance via the provided link or by email. Refunds and cancellations are not permitted. Missed appointments or late arrivals are counted as attended. For digital products (e.g. video courses), no withdrawal or return rights apply after access has been granted. 6. Intellectual Property All materials, methods, frameworks, and recordings shared during sessions or courses remain the intellectual property of Maria Ksenia Witte. They may not be copied, distributed, licensed, or repurposed without prior written consent. 7. Liability The provider is not liable for any business or funding outcomes following the use of their services. The client remains fully responsible for decisions and implementations based on strategic advice. For consumers, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, in accordance with § 309 Nr. 7 BGB. 8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law These terms are governed by German law. For business clients, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. 9. Final Provisions Should any clause in these terms be or become invalid, the remainder shall remain unaffected. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a legally valid one that most closely reflects the original intent.
