Through sustained involvement in across 200+ deep tech projects & 20+ international innovation ecosystems, a consistent structural pattern became visible: There is no bad science , there are only decisions made in the wrong order because the existing frameworks are too linear for complexity of science ventures systems.
Our work was developed to make these dynamics legible. It treats a deep tech venture as a dynamic system shaped by interacting operators: evidence, industrialization, market dynamics and capital structure, where order and timing shape what becomes possible.
The framework is mathematically grounded, non AI based, and recognized as research and development under OECD standards.

Arise was founded by Maria Ksenia Witte – chemist & science commercialization expert.
After more than a decade in research, industry, and innovation management, one thing became clear:
