Scope of Services Maria Ksenia Witte, Arise Innovations offers three paid membership plans ("Access", "Guidance", "Exclusive") providing limited access to strategic advisory services, insights, and expert analysis in the context of deep tech innovation, funding, and commercialization. The services are provided digitally, via written response (chat/email), optionally via video calls, and do not include grant writing, legal advice, or any representation on behalf of the customer unless explicitly agreed. Each membership plan includes only the services outlined at the time of purchase. 2. Eligibility By subscribing, you confirm that you are a business entity, startup, organization, or entrepreneur aged 18 or older. These services are not intended for consumers under EU consumer protection laws. 3. Subscription & Payment Terms - Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or yearly. - Yearly plans are charged as a one-time payment and include a discount (12 months for the price of 10). - Payments are processed via credit card or PayPal, and a receipt will be issued. - Access begins after payment confirmation. There is no refund once the monthly or yearly period has begun. 4. Cancellation & Renewal - Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time, and the subscription will not renew for the following month. - Yearly subscriptions are binding for the full period and cannot be refunded early. - Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds apply for unused services. 5. Fair Use & Limitations To ensure quality and fairness, usage is limited as follows: - Access plan: up to 5 questions/month - Guidance plan: 5 questions + 1 mini task/month - Intense plan: 5 questions + 1 mini task + 1 call/month Arise Innovations reserves the right to limit or pause services if usage significantly exceeds reasonable expectations or becomes abusive. 6. Open Innovation Priority Subscribers may be prioritized in partner matching, collaborations, or project referrals. However, no guarantee is given for project selection, visibility, or participation. This benefit is non-contractual and based on relevance, project fit, and availability. 7. Intellectual Property All advice, templates, analyses, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Maria Ksenia Witte, Arise Innovations. Subscribers receive a non-transferable right to use them for internal purposes only. Distribution, resale, or public disclosure without written permission is prohibited. 8. Liability Disclaimer Maria Ksenia Witte, Arise Innovations provides strategic advice and opinions based on experience and expertise. While all efforts are made to ensure accuracy and relevance, no liability is accepted for business outcomes, funding success, or investment decisions based on the services provided. 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, and any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Berlin, unless otherwise agreed.
