The Stage 1 diagnostic models what your current programme structure will inevitably produce over time, based on your own KPIs, incentives, timelines, and reporting logic.

Where appropriate, Stage 2 redesigns parts of that programme structure so outcomes shift structurally – not behaviorally.

This is not advisory overlay. It is programme governance alignment.

We already have strong processes and very experienced people. Why would we need this?

Programmes may optionally extend parts of the framework into their initiatives to ensure directional alignment, but we do not provide founder coaching or venture-level advisory services.

Are you claiming you can predict which initiatives will succeed?

Why can't we build this internally?

Most institutions prefer to licence a proven framework rather than attempt to design it while operating inside it.

Why do you limit the number of licences?
