Arise was founded by Maria Ksenia Witte – chemist, materials scientist, and business strategist.
After more than a decade in research, industry, and innovation management – including roles in life sciences, regulatory development, and green tech – one thing became clear:

Maria combines scientific depth with strategic clarity.
She is an advocate for tough & deep tech, a voice for women in STEM, and a mentor for science-based entrepreneurship across international hubs such as EIT Health, EIT Digital, MassChallenge, and more.
